Return Policy

The mission of FOSHAN LiTong FanPeng Co.,LTD is to satisfy every customer. All shipments must be inspected by the customer within 15 days of the order date to ensure satisfaction. Any new/unopened product may be returned within 15 days from the order date. We do not provide return labels. Returns are shipped back at the customer's expense.

Returns must meet the following requirements:

- Within 15 days from order date

- New/unopened condition

- Include all original product packaging, documents, inserts, and parts

All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Custom, discount, and closeout products are non-returnable. All sales are final.

To initiate a return, the following information must be emailed to:  [email protected]:

- Order number

- Reason for return

- Photos of the unopened product

Unused products are covered for 15 days from the order date for manufacturer defects. For assistance with a replacement, the following information must be emailed to : [email protected]:

- Order number

- Description of defect

- Photos showing area of concern

All return and replacement requests are subject to a review and approval process. Once you have submitted the required information, a representative will contact you within 2 business days. Credit will not be issued for any unapproved returns.

If the return mailing address has changed, the address will be provided to you by mail after you submit your application.

Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with product inserts, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We must be notified within 15 days of purchase of any issues in order to ensure customer satisfaction.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom, discount, and closeout products are non-returnable. All sales are final.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will remind you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
